1. Definitions

• Single Account: You may register only one account with hit4d. Multiple accounts registered by the same person are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Personal Use: Your account is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use hit4d services on behalf of any third party or for any commercial or business purposes.
• Financial Capacity: You must use funds that you legally own and that are not derived from illegal or fraudulent activities. hit4d reserves the right to investigate the source of deposited funds.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account with hit4d, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must use your real identity and genuine contact information. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify hit4d immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. hit4d will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized account access that results from your failure to maintain adequate security.

4.3 KYC Verification

As part of our regulatory compliance and fraud prevention measures, hit4d requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit copies of valid identification documents, including your Indonesian National ID (KTP), and may be asked to provide additional documents such as proof of address or payment method verification. Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. hit4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity or the source of deposited funds.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

hit4d accepts deposits via multiple payment methods commonly used in Indonesia, including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is IDR 50,000 unless otherwise specified in promotional terms. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. You are responsible for any transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider. hit4d does not charge deposit fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested at any time, subject to account verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 100,000. Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier: standard members (1-3 hours), Gold members (up to 2 hours), Platinum and Diamond members (priority processing, typically under 30 minutes). Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance. hit4d reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected.

5.3 Payment Method Restrictions

You may not use payment methods that do not belong to you or that have been obtained through illegal means. hit4d reserves the right to reverse any deposits made using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods and to suspend or terminate accounts involved in such activities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

hit4d offers various bonuses and promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the promotional material for each offer. Key conditions applicable to most bonuses include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 20x-30x the bonus amount) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, and in some cases, to the deposit plus bonus amount.
• Game Contributions: Different games contribute different percentages toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less or not at all.

7. Gameplay and Betting Rules

All gameplay and betting on the hit4d platform is subject to the following rules:

• Game Fairness: All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results cannot be manipulated by hit4d or players.
• Betting Limits: Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game and player VIP tier. These limits are displayed within each game.
• Game Malfunction: In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be voided, and stakes returned to players. hit4d is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond our control.
• Settlement of Bets: Sports betting markets are settled based on official results from recognized sports authorities. hit4d reserves the right to void bets if results are disputed or if the event is canceled.
• Live Betting: Live in-play betting odds are updated in real-time. Bets placed after the outcome has been determined will be voided.
• Palpable Errors: hit4d reserves the right to void bets if obvious pricing errors occur, such as incorrect odds or misstatements in betting markets.

8. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Players using the hit4d platform agree to conduct themselves appropriately and refrain from engaging in any prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activities
• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts registered in other people's names
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages
• Using automated software, bots, or any tools designed to manipulate gameplay or betting
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain unfair advantages
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward other players or staff
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the hit4d platform
• Using VPN services to circumvent geographical restrictions (unless explicitly permitted)

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and potential legal action.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hit4d and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain security
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions in service
• Errors or delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Loss of data or account information
• Any damages resulting from viruses, malware, or other harmful components

hit4d provides the platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform. Your use of hit4d is at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any losses incurred from gambling activities.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

hit4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Detection of fraudulent activities, bonus abuse, or suspicious betting patterns
• Breach of payment terms or use of unauthorized payment methods
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies
• Inactivity for an extended period (typically 12 months or more)

Upon account termination, any remaining balance may be returned to you, subject to deduction of any applicable fees, bonuses, or amounts owed to hit4d. However, if the account is terminated due to fraudulent activities or serious terms violations, hit4d reserves the right to forfeit all funds.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and best practices. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of the hit4d platform shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Internal Resolution: Players must first contact hit4d customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally through discussion and negotiation.
2. Escalation: If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it may be escalated to senior management for review.
3. Arbitration: If internal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.

By using hit4d, you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration related to disputes with the platform.
